Due to the specialized nature of peptide-based research products, including weight management compounds such as retatrutide-related materials, strict handling, storage, and quality assurance standards apply to all shipments.

All products sold by Protides Health are intended strictly for research and development purposes. Because of the sensitive and controlled nature of these products, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped, except where explicitly stated in this Policy.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or improperly stored products under any circumstances.

3. Eligible Refund or Replacement Situations

Refunds or replacements may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product was shipped
  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The product seal was compromised before delivery
  • The product received does not match the order confirmation
  • The item is confirmed defective upon arrival

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

5. Refund Process

If a refund or replacement is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is caused by Protides Health
  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on the condition of the returned item

In some cases, a replacement product may be offered instead of a monetary refund.

6. Return Authorization Requirements

Protides Health is not responsible for degradation, contamination, or loss of potency resulting from improper storage after delivery.

Protides Health is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or weather conditions. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Claims for lost or stolen packages must be supported by carrier documentation and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
